Jamin Puech is a traditional French leather goods company founded in 1991. The collection consists of three main lines: leather, embroidery and raffia. Over time, Jamin Puech has built a loyal network of artisans around the world, with a very specific know-how and specific to each country, whom have now become friends and collaborators involved in the entire the creative process.
All pieces are handmade and thoughts as a work of art to offer clients the opportunity to have a unique bag, made of unusual materials to suggest their personality.
Created in Vietnam, the leather line is worked in an unstructured way to give it more flexibility. The patchwork and assembling is part of the brand identity. Research granted to shapes, combinations of materials and colours allow the House to surprise its customers and make them travelling season after season.
Imagined in India, with the same workshop of craftsmen since its creation, the line of embroidered bags is rich in detail and precision with pieces composed of thousands of beads, sequins and colourful son. Jamin Puech perpetuates this slow and meticulous expertise, specific to the country.
Raffia is a Madagascan plant which is one of the raw materials of summer collections. Worked by crocheters of Madagascar workshop, raffia offers great strength to make it in various ways, providing unique and inimitable pieces. This natural material reacts to the sun and air to give a bag with changing shades that will soften over time. Its work can take up to 21 days to create a piece, explaining that the production is limited.
